Nourish your mind, body and soul with this 1.5 day yoga and meditation experience.


Our time together begins with a morning invigorating yoga practice, followed by a nutritious and delicious lunch.


Following lunch we will join Krista and the Wisteria herd for a special meditation circle. 

Tapping into the rhythm of the horses’ presence and gentle hearts to deeply connect with your inner wisdom and intuition.

Horses possess the ability to act as conduits of connection to Self, to others and to our spiritual oneness, and can therefore deepen our meditation experience.



A deeply relaxing Yin yoga practice will follow dinner, along with kirtan – mantra meditation with music.

And after a restful night you will awaken to a light offering of fruit, more yoga, and then drift off into the cosmic soundscape of a gong bath during an extended savasana.

The retreat will close with a hearty and grounding brunch.


About Leslie …

As a stressed out and traumatized police officer, Leslie decided to try yoga as part of her healing journey.  Less than 2 years later she had resigned from her policing path to share the tremendous healing benefits of yoga practice with others.

Since 2008, Leslie has been a full-time yoga instructor privileged to teach students from 5 to 85 years of age, from many different backgrounds, and with all levels of experience, trauma, and injuries.
